Responsible for assisting with all aspects of the Southeastern Community College NJCAA Division II Women’s Basketball Program including practices, games, travel, fundraising, and recruiting, and any other duties related to the basketball program. Also responsible for coordination, facilitation, and supervision of: the SCC Student Board/Keokuk campus student organizations and the SCC Keokuk Student Apartments (including supervision of staff and communicating and enforcing apartment facility behavioral, safety and security policies and procedures). This is a twelve month live-in position in the SCC apartments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Coaching women’s basketball preferred; preference given to college level coaching experience.
• Student services and/or student activities within a community college setting preferred.
• Experience in college housing or community living setting preferred.
• Prior experience at a community college with specific experience in student services preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license
CONDITIONS: This position is a full-time position (261-day contract); with a starting salary of $28,200.00, plus room (board is not included).
