RESPONSIBILITIES: The Assistant Coach is responsible for supporting the Head Coach in all phases of the women’s basketball program including but not limited to, practice and game preparation, film exchange, recruiting, budget management, alumni and public relations, and adherence to the rules of the
NCAA, the Old Dominion Athletic Conference and Shenandoah University. The candidate must be committed to the student-athlete’s academic, personal, and athletic growth and development, and demonstrate the ability to successfully recruit and motivate Division III student-athletes.
