1.
Organize, prepare and operate practice sessions during the season.

Organize and prepare game plans and strategy for each contest.
3.
Recruit student/athletes on a year-round basis following established guidelines.
4.
Possess knowledge of all applicable rules and rule changes.
5.
Maintain team unifonns and equipment.
6.
Report all home contests, through the Director of Athletics and Office of Public Relations, to local newspapers.
7.
Prepare and submit all appropriate athletic reports.
8.
Offer instruction and guidance to the athletes.
9.
Assume coaching responsibilities in the absence of the Head Coach.
