The Assistant Coach assists the Head Coach in all phases of the sports program to include the following: coaching, recruiting, conditioning, contest preparation, scouting, practice planning, budget preparation, fund raising, purchasing and care of equipment, planning and supervision of team travel (to include driving vehicles on occasion), and monitoring the personal, academic and athletic development of student-athletes. Basic familiarity with computers, scoreboards, public address systems, etc. All Saint Joseph’s College coaches follow college and department policies and procedures as well as the guidelines stipulated by the NCAA and The Great Northeast Athletic Conference.
