| Description: | Responsibilities: 1. Recruiting: Ability to evaluate potential student-athletes who can compete in a highly competitive Division 3 conference. 2. Scouting: Being able to scout live and on video of future opponents to prepare scouting report for coaching staff and players. 3. Academic Monitoring: Provide academic guidance along with academic resource center to make sure student-athletes are on pace to graduate and remain eligible. This responsibility is shared by entire coaching staff. 4. Coordinate travel: Work with athletic department office on departure times and organize team meals on the road. 5. Fund raising: Ability to help raise funds for the wbb program to provide the extras (equipment). |
