Training, recruiting, team travel, strength and conditioning, practice, fundraising, alumni relations and community involvement. Successful applicant must represent Paine College and help ensure team compliance with all institutional, SIAC Conference, and NCAA Division II rules and regulations

· Successful coaching, recruiting and/or playing experience at the collegiate level are required, Division I or II preferred
· Working knowledge of NCAA Division II rules and regulations
· Familiarity with the SIAC Conference
· Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
· Successful applicants will demonstrate commitment to the academic goals of the university and to the academic success of student-athletes
· Successful applicant must be of good moral character with conduct consistent with the university and state code-of-conduct
· Other duties as assigned
