Assist with all facets of the women’s basketball program including the recruitment of quality student-athletes, skill development, practice and game preparation, on-court instruction, monitor academics, film exchange, strength coach, and scouting of opponents. Also will be expected to understand and comply with NCAA, Heartland Conference, and OPSU policies and procedures.
