Northwest Kansas Technical College is seeking a Women’s Basketball Assistant Coach. Northwest Tech is a small, rural technical college in Goodland, KS. The coach will report to the Head Women’s Coach. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Duties in the Women’s basketball program, including recruiting, scheduling, fundraising, travel, and practice plans. Coach, teach and train students in skills and strategies related to competition, mentor and maintain discipline of student athletes ensuring their academic progress. Represent Northwest Tech and the Basketball Program in a professional manner, while enforcing college and NJCAA guidelines governing the sport.
