The purpose of the Assistant Women’s Basketball Coaching position is to assist the head women’s coach in the overall operation of the women’s intercollegiate basketball team in accordance with Northern Kentucky University (NKU),Atlantic Sun Conference (A-Sun), and National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA), regulations.
The assistant coach must have a commitment to the philosophy of providing a competitive NCAA Division I women’s basketball program that emphasizes integrity and the educational welfare of its student-athletes.
