Reports to the Director of Athletics and Head Coach. The Assistant Coach assists with management of the program in accordance with NJCAA, MCCAC, and Northern Essex Community College regulations and policies, and assists in the planning of practice sessions, contest strategies, recruiting, advising team members, fundraising and required to attend department meetings.
Associate’s Degree or two years of college credit required. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Applicants must have a background in basketball. Applicant must have an appreciation for junior college athletics and demonstrate a sincere commitment to principles of academic/athletic integrity. A valid driver’s license required.
