• Assist the head coach in conducting an organized and effective recruitment program
with commitment to academic and athletic excellence.
• Assist in the organization and supervision of practices and games.
• Assist in the development of a playing schedule, scouting, and the coordination and
management of team travel.
• Assist in monitoring the academic progress of student-athletes.
• Assist with summer camps.
• Involvement in fundraising activities.
