Mount St. Mary’s University, an NCAA Division I institution and a member of the Northeast Conference, is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of assistant women’s basketball coach. Responsibilities include assisting with all aspects of the women’s basketball program, including the recruitment of qualified student-athletes; practice and game preparation; budget management and fundraising; scheduling and scouting; and the overall administration of a Division I women’s basketball program in accordance with institutional, NCAA, and conference rules and regulations.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree; collegiate coaching experience; strong interpersonal and organizational abilities; and excellent oral and written communications skills.
