Monmouth University is seeking applications for an Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach in the Athletics department. The candidate would be expected to: demonstrate an ability to identify, evaluate and secure top level student athletes; oversee breakdown of scout tapes/clips and be able to create and present scouting reports to coaching staff and players; assist in practice planning; assist in game preparation and game coaching; develop and implement individual skill development workouts; mentor, guide and direct players both on and off the basketball court.
