Assist the Head Coach with all phases of an NCAA Division II Women’s Basketball Program including assisting with the overall organization, direction, supervision and administration of the Women’s Basketball program. Duties include: recruiting student athletes within the rules and philosophy of both the NCAA and Mansfield University; evaluating personnel; emphasizing academic priorities to student athletes; assisting with organizing/conducting practices and games; performing related administrative tasks; fundraising; supervising work study students; coordinating team travel arrangements; and maintaining appropriate communication with students, other coaches, university staff, parents, and alumni.
