Assist the head coach in day-to-day operations and coaching of a Division I intercollegiate program that includes but is not limited to the following:

1. Experience and knowledge of working with and developing post players
2. Ability to assist Head Coach with defensive strategies
3. Assist in scheduling games as directed by Head Coach
4. Ability to identify and recruit quality student-athletes on a national and regional level
5. Prepares and presents scouting reports
6. Ability to generate ideas and strategies to help promote the Women’s Basketball Program
7. Assist in planning and organizing practices
8. Assists with summer camps.
9. Performs other duties as required.
