The Assistant Coach supports the head coach in all facets of the basketball program in advancing the mission of the university and department of athletics. Specific areas of responsibility include (but are not limited to) sport specific coaching, recruitment, student-athlete development (including academic achievement and personal growth), program administration, and program advancement, all in the pursuit of collectively agreed upon outcomes. All activities are conducted within the policies and resource framework of Lehigh university, the Athletics Department, The Patriot League and the NCAA.
