Coaching women’s basketball. Assessment and recruiting of appropriate student-athletes with excellent academic background to a NCAA Division I institution and assist in recommending need-based aid for prospective student-athletes. Assist in scouting and in-season film evaluation and breakdown. Possess knowledge of and abide by NCAA, ECAC, and Patriot League rules and regulations. Assist in the organization and planning of all special events. Assist in fund-raising and development activities. Assist in continued development of positive public relations with alumni and the community. Assist with competitive contests. Assist in advising student-athletes. Work closely with Sports Medicine for the care and prevention of athletic injuries and support the overall drug and alcohol education program for student-athletes. Attend department meetings.
