Reporting directly to the Head Coach, the Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach shall work with and assist the head coach in the following areas:

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment of athletes including but not limited to; evaluation, phone calls, mailings, and/or game film.
Organizing and supervising of practices, study hall, and fundraising activities
Maintain records and databases
Enforcing all rules and regulations, per the College’s guidelines and other enforcement agencies that govern athletics of KCKCC
Assuming responsibility for uniforms and equipment.
Overseeing set-up and/or tear down of equipment for home games and events.
Assuming responsibility for the transportation of team member’s per the college’s policies and guidelines
Participation in practices and/or competitions
Traveling with athletes to all competitions (CDL Class C is preferred)
Facilitate game film

CONSULTING TASKS

Performing other duties as assigned by the respective head coach
