Duties include but are not limited to coaching, training and motivating student-athletes in order to achieve competitive success, assisting the head coach in recruiting quality student-athletes who meet admission requirements , coordinate all social networking to promote program visibility, ensuring compliance with all relevant Institutional, Colonial Athletic Association, NCAA rules and regulations, travel with the team, scout opponents and other duties assigned by the head coach.
