Reporting to the Head Coach and Athletic Director, the Assistant Coach performs a variety of duties including planning, coaching, recruiting, managing and guiding the women’s basketball program. This professional coaching position carries out all of the duties of the position in adherence with the policies, rules, and regulations of affiliated national, regional, and state intercollegiate athletic associations, the NAIA, and the University. This position may, at times, direct the work of an assistant coach, volunteer or graduate assistant.
