(POSITIONS ARE PART-TIME)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s degree or 60 college credits; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Preferred candidate will have a background in basketball as a coach and/or athlete and an
appreciation for junior college athletics. Applicants must demonstrate a sincere commitment to
principles of academic/athletic integrity.
Please Note: Applicants must also possess a valid New York State driver license. Evening and
weekend work also required.
DUTIES AND OR RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for assisting the Head Coach in all facets of the
basketball program including, but not limited to:
• Monitor academic progress of student-athletes
• Game day Preparation
• Plan and conduct pre-season, practice, and post season sessions
• Recruit student-athletes
• Scout opponents
• Attend all home and away events
• Perform other related duties as assigned
