The successful candidate will assist the head coach in the organization and management of a competitive NCAA Division III women’s basketball program. The position’s responsibilities will include teaching and coaching student-athletes for successful competition; supporting student-athletes’ academic success; recruiting prospective students; scouting opponents; fundraising; developing alumnae and parent relations; administrative tasks; and other duties as assigned. This position also includes a secondary responsibility in the William Smith Athletics department in athletic administration.
