As a proud member of the Crossroads League and the NAIA, Goshen College is committed to excellence both on and off the court and is looking for a dynamic individual to assist a growing yet competitive basketball program.
Coaching responsibilities: responsibilities include but are not limited to: assist in the recruitment of student-athletes in accordance with college policy, practice and game coaching, organizing team travel, preparation of game film, film exchange, fundraising, equipment care and inventory, as well as assisting other aspects of the basketball program in accordance with NAIA and Crossroads League regulations.
Preferred candidate – The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and have coaching experience at the college or high school level. Elite level playing experience may be considered in place of coaching experience. Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills required.
