1-3 years of women’s basketball coaching experience at an NCAA institution and previous college (preferably Division 1), professional, and/or playing experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with fiscal management and daily operations of an intercollegiate athletics department preferred.
Strong organizational, management and communications skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
