Florida Southern College is seeking applications for a full-time, 10-month Women’s Basketball Head Coach. Compensation for 10-month positions is prorated over a 12-month period. The successful candidate will develop a highly competitive NCAA Division II program. Responsibilities include organization and supervision of all day-to-day operations of the women’s basketball program including but not limited to coaching; recruitment of highly skilled, academically successful and socially responsible student-athletes; scheduling, organizing and conducting practices and contests; budgeting for equipment and travel: team fund raising; and compliance with College, Sunshine State Conference as well as NCAA rules and regulations.
