Flagler College, a Division II member of the NCAA and Peach Belt Conference, is seeking an Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package. Duties include but are not limited to: coaching, monitoring academic progress of student-athletes, recruiting, player development, travel and compliance with NCAA, PBC and Flagler College regulations. Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of two years of collegiate coaching experience and who have sound written and verbal communication skills, computer skills, a commitment to athletic and academic success and knowledge of NCAA rules and bylaws. The ability to recruit high level student-athletes is also preferred. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
