Assist the Head Women’s Basketball Coach with the following
aspects of the program within the parameters of the NCAA Div III and
Endicott College philosophies:
o Appropriate team selection
o Daily preparation and execution of practice and game plans
o Support team members’ needs on and off the court
o Fundraising efforts
o Alumni Contacts/Events
o Overall recruiting of prospective student athletes including
database update, travel, campus visits, regular phone and email contact
o Scouting and film breakdown
o Film exchange organization
o Care for equipment
o Attend college functions and meetings when necessary
o Any other duties assigned by Head Coach or Athletic Director
