Assist in managing a competitive NCAA Division I intercollegiate women’s basketball program within the context of the educational mission of the University. Assist in the recruitment of student-athletes. Provide leadership for the program and utilize skills and knowledge to provide positive expertise in instruction and tactical aspects of women’s basketball. Demonstrate commitment to issues of social justice and diversity.
