Assists the head coach in all facets of the women’s basketball program to ensure a quality program and successful Division I team. Assumes responsibility for at least two of the following basketball program operations: scouting, recruiting coordination, community relations, scheduling, academic supervision, summer camps. Interacts professionally with all internal and external customers using strong interpersonal skills.
