The Assistant Coach, in collaboration with the Head Coach assists in the administration and operation of the women’s basketball program consistent with the policies of California University of PA, the Pennsylvania State Athletic conference (PSAC) and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). This individual reports directly to the Head Basketball Coach and Athletic Director under the direction of the Vice President for Student Affairs and is responsible for creating an environment that is supportive of individual differences and maximizes the educational and athletic development of the student-athletes.
