A part-time Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach is needed to assist the head coach in running all aspects of a NJCAA Division III women’s basketball program.

Responsibilities:
Assist the head coach in running all aspects of a NJCAA Division III women’s basketball program. The assistant coach should be able to actively participate in daily practices and games. The position requires the coach to assist the coach in organizing, directing and supervising intercollegiate women’s basketball program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recruitment of qualified student-athletes, coaching, player development, video editing and training of student-athletes. Candidate must have strong leadership and organizational skills, knowledge of and ability to apply NJCAA and conference rules as they pertain to the women’s basketball program. Previous high school or collegiate basketball coaching experience desired.
