The Assistant Coach at Binghamton University is responsible for assisting in all aspects of developing and advancing a competitive women’s NCAA Division I basketball program in the America East Conference. This includes, but is not limited to: evaluation and recruitment of prospective student-athletes who can succeed in a challenging academic environment; assist head coach in preparation and conduct of practices and games; scouting of assigned opponents; player skill development; assist with administrative duties; participate in program and departmental fundraising, public relations, and promotional efforts; adhering to all rules and regulations of the University, the NCAA and the America East Conference.
