Responsible for coordination of a safe and successful women’s basketball program; including recruiting qualified student athletes and assisting the Head Coach in all phases of program administration. Must possess knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the game and be able to teach those skills. Seeking candidates with the ability to lead and mentor student-athletes within the guidelines of the NAIA and institutional missions. Candidate must be highly motivated and work well both independently and in a team environment.

Provide Administrative support to the Dean of Athletics. This includes and is not limited to answering phones, processing invoices, sending e-mails and directing visitors in the athletic facility. Also any other duties as assigned by the Dean of Athletics
