Professional contract position available May 30, 2012. Major responsibility: develop, in conjunction with the Head Coach, planning of practice sessions and competitive coaching situations; assess and evaluate talent and recruitment of athletes; develop scouting reports and pre-competition evaluations of opponents; make recommendations in regard to fund raising, promotion and marketing, special projects, clinics and camps; monitor academic progress of athletes; maintain adherence to all rules and regulations of Ball State University, the Mid-American Conference, and the NCAA.
