Reporting to the Head Coach, the Assistant Coach will provide support in the management and administration of various aspects of the program, including but not limited to: assisting with the recruitment process, including development of recruitment plans; developing and leading strength training and conditioning programs as needed; attending and assisting with practice as well as game planning efforts; breaking down film and performing analysis; supporting in game management functions; developing and implementing strategies for motivating and retaining student-athletes; participating in fundraising and community service projects; assisting with the coordination of travel arrangements; enforcing policies and procedures as outlined in the student-athlete handbook, team rules, and university student handbook; as well as other duties as assigned by Head Coach.
