Our Academic Elite Showcase looks to match top prospective student-athletes with some of the premier academic universities in the nation. Midwest Hoops Spotlight was established in 2012 and this will be our 5^thannual Academic Elite Showcase. This is one of the few basketball academic showcases exclusively for females.

We are looking for current college coaches (head coaches, assistants, and GA’s) from top academic universities to coach at this year’s Academic Elite Showcase. Past participants from this event have gone on to play at Ivy, Patriot, NESCAC, UAA, and various other top academic universities.

This year’s Academic Elite Showcase will be held on July 16 at the Athletico Center in Northbrook, IL (just north of Chicago). The hours of the position are from 11:15am-4:45pm.

Responsibilities

• Lead various drill stations
• Coach multiple teams throughout the day in games
• You will have the opportunity to watch the majority of players throughout the showcase.
