According to multiple sources, an 11:00am press conference has been scheduled at the University of Illinois to announce the next women’s basketball coach. All signs are pointing to Wisconsin-Green Bay head coach Matt Bollant as the choice. Green Bay is 148-19 during Bollant’s tenure, including four straight tourney appearances and a 31-2 record this past year. It sounds like he will ink a six-year deal with the Illini.
