According to a great source, Belmont will hire Louisville assistant Cameron Newbauer as the next women’s basketball coach. He would replace Brittney Ezell who became the head coach at East Tennessee State in April. Newbauer spent one season as an assistant at Louisville – he worked for Andy Landers at Georgia for five seasons before that. The official announcement is expected on Monday.
