Hofstra Head Women’s Basketball Coach Danielle Santos Atkinson announced today that Natasha Holloway will join the Hofstra women’s basketball staff as the newest Director of Basketball Operations.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Natasha to our program,” said Santos Atkinson, who completed her sixth season as head coach in 2024-25. “She brings a great mix of passion, knowledge, energy, and enthusiasm for the role, and we can’t wait to hit the ground running with her.”

“I am excited to join Coach Santos Atkinson and the rest of the staff as we embark on the 2025-2026 season together,” Holloway said. “This opportunity to help the team grow will be one I hope to take full advantage of during my time here. Go Pride!”

Holloway joins the Pride from CAA-rival Towson, where she spent her entire professional career since she joined the Towson athletic department as an associate athletic director intern in April 2023. She most recently held the position of director of operations for the Tigers women’s basketball team this past season, and she oversaw all daily operation of the program, including coordinating schedules of players and staff for events, managing the team budget, and overseeing team managers, as well as communicating with the Towson marketing department regarding themed games. Additionally, Holloway was the Towson women’s basketball assistant director of operations for the 2023-24 season, where she assisted the director of operations with daily tasks, aided the recruiting coordinator, and assisted in practice preparations.

During her time as a student at Towson, she was the head student manager for the women’s basketball program from 2021 until she graduated in 2023, while also serving as an associate athletic director intern.

Holloway graduated in May 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in sports management with a minor in business administration.
