Whether your goal is to obtain a first-time or new collegiate Head Basketball Coach position, the Head Coach Training Center® teaches coaches strategies to earn a coveted Head Coach position and be successful in that role.

HCTC allows coaches the opportunity to learn from and network with numerous collegiate Head Coaches, Director of Athletics, Senior Women’s Administrators, athletic administrators, as well as search firm executives and industry professionals.

Head Coaches will share stories about their individual career path to becoming a Head Coach, as well as what they learned during the search process and in the role. HCTC also features Director of Athletics, Senior Women’s Administrators, athletic administrators, and search firm executives who share with attendees their perspective during the search process and how coaches can thrive in pursuing a Head Coach position.
