Susquehanna head women’s basketball coach Jim Reed has announced Taylor Greene will join his staff as an assistant coach for the upcoming 2013-14 season.

Greene joins the coaching staff following a four-year playing career at DeSales University where she served as team captain in 2012-13 and was also a member of DeSales’ Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). She graduated from DeSales in May, 2013 with a degree in sports management.

Greene spent the 2013 spring semester interning at Division I Lehigh University as a sport/event venue and athletic sponsorship intern. During that time she also coached sixth grade girls and seventh grade boys at Hunterdon Hoops. In addition, she has interned with sport psychologist Jarrod Spencer and also spent time as an assistant with AAU U17 and U12 teams.
