Graham has been an assistant coach at Morgan State and also West Virginia, where he helped the 2009-10, No. 10 ranked Mountaineer team to a 28-5 record, NCAA tournament berth and most wins in school history.

A native of Baltimore, Graham joined the Mountaineer program in 2009 after spending the past four seasons as an assistant at Morgan State. While at Morgan State, Graham was responsible for recruiting, opponent scouting and the development of the post players.

During his time at Morgan State, he helped lead the Bears to 53 victories since the 2006-07 season. In 2008, the Bears participated in the WNIT, the program’s first postseason invitation. Morgan State had three Top 100 recruiting classes while Graham was there (2005-06, 2006-07, 2007-08 by Blue Star Report, All-Star Girl’s Report and Girls Collegiate Basketball Report). The Bears ranked seventh in the nation in 2006-07 in field goal percentage defense and third in the nation in team steals in 2007-08.

His squads ended the season ranked in the top five by The Baltimore Sun on three occasions.
