Coach Katie Meier, the all-time winningest coach in Miami Basketball history, shares one of their team’s favorite conditioning drills: 18 in 2. Checkout the full breakdown in the video below!

  • Players will complete two 1-minute rounds of kicking up and kicking down for a pass at the corner/slot or wing/top from the Dr. Dish
  • After one round players will take a short break and complete the second round
  • If a player does not make at least 18 shots in two rounds they start over
