Cross Jab Series with Shane Hennen

Work on change of pace and direction to throw off your defender in this cross jab series alongside Shane Hennen. All you need is a basketball and space to dribble, directions are below. 

1. Crossover and jab in the opposite direction (5 each direction)

2. Crossover and jab in the opposite direction, one dribble downhill and quick stop (3 each direction)

3. Crossover and jab in the opposite direction, another quick crossover and quick stop (3 each direction)
