2 ball drill

You need two basketballs and some space to work

  • Beginner: Cross balls in front with one bounce in-between
  • Intermediate: Cross in front, then through the legs w/bounce in-between
  • Advanced: Cross in front, through the legs, behind the back w/bounce in-between
  • Hyper Advanced: Cross, through, behind without the in-between bounce
