Dr. Dish Skill Builder Workout: Guard Transition Run

In this team shooting drill, Coach Sam Purcell of the University of Louisville Women’s Basketball program demonstrates a great full court drill that utilizes their Dr. Dish CT machine.

This drill focuses on multiple different fundamentals like passing, running in transition, shooting off the move and off the dribble, and dribbling and changing direction in the open court. Listen up to Coach Purcell for a ton of great teaching points!
