Dr. Dish Skill Builder Workout: Drift and Rise

Head Coach Kyle Rechlicz of UW-Milwaukee demonstrates a great team shooting drill and progression that she implements with her program using the Dr. Dish CT machine called Drift and Rise.

This is a great progression that focuses on game-like actions and moving without the ball.

With or without a Dr. Dish shooting machine, try each of these options in your practices and team training sessions!

As Coach Kyle explains, these are all great actions to work on especially to simulate transition shooting and working on footwork off the ball.
