With any shooting workout, it’s essential to try and simulate game-like actions and put yourself in uncomfortable positions so that everything comes natural and easier in games. Not very often do you receive a pass in a game as you’re already perfectly squared up.
In this Skill Builder workout Coach Mason focuses on different cuts to work on footwork and catching in awkward positions. He also combines the shooting drills with a 3 cone agility drill to enhance explosiveness.
