Dixie State women’s basketball coach Catherria Turner officially announced Friday the addition of Jenny Thigpin to her staff as assistant coach for the 2013-14 season.

Thigpin joins the Dixie State coaching family after one year as an assistant coach at Pacific West Conference rival, Fresno Pacific, and four years coaching at Buchanan High School in Clovis, Calif. She brings to Saint George a wealth of experience both as a coach and a player.
