Before joining the Britons, Monnich spent two seasons at Siena Heights University. With the Saints, she compiled 28 wins during the two seasons under head coach Susan Syljebeck.

Before she entered collegiate coaching, Monnich spent served as an assistant coach at AAU in 2007 and at Hillsdale High during the 2011-12 season.

As a student-athlete from 2002-06, the former Jori Pacek served as captain of the Panthers her senior season and has led the team to the Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference tournament title in 2006 and NAIA Tournament in the 2004-05 and 2005-06 seasons.
